We're recruiting an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and frontline support to the Children’s Convenor and their team. This role plays a key part in supporting Hearings of the Child, Youth and Community Tribunal and ensuring a responsive service for children, young people, and families.
This is a full time role, pay grade EGI (£42,922 – £46,339).

Volunteer Opportunity: Board Support Role
We’re looking for an organised and committed individual to support the Convenor and Tribunal Board in a key voluntary role. As Board Support, you’ll provide essential administrative coordination, working closely with the Chair to prepare for and minute meetings, manage documentation and communications, and uphold governance processes.
This part-time vountary role follows the Board’s calendar, with four to six meetings per year and flexible additional duties. Strong communication skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
