Coronavirus update - attending a Hearing of the Child Youth and Community Tribunal (CYCT)

Following the extension of the lockdown arrangements our office at Briarwood remains closed.  

Urgent and time critical Hearings will still be going ahead.  These will include those arranged for the annual review of a care requirement and those arranged to consider whether or not to make an interim care requirement.  

All Hearings will be taking place remotely.  Remote Hearings will continue to take place at the usual times of 9.30am and 1.30pm.

We will continue to send Hearing notification letters and Tribunal papers to young people and their families by post.
